A keg is received whole and sold by litre or glass, with the balance recalculated after every sale. Pour and foam loss sit inside the recipe, so discrepancies surface immediately instead of at month end.
Staff split the check between guests right in the app and the system recalculates the amounts. Everyone pays their own way and the queue at the counter keeps moving.
Voids, refunds and unlocking a tab are permission-based and always logged. The shift report shows who cancelled a check and how much each bartender sold.
Recipes calculate cost including loss, and ABC analysis shows what actually feeds the bar versus what only takes up space on the menu.
Runs on Windows, Android and iOS: tablets, laptops and POS all-in-ones.
