Return window

Returns within 14 days of receipt are available for goods in proper condition. Return shipping is agreed separately.

Under applicable law you may return or exchange compliant goods if:

  • the item was not used and shows no consumer wear (scratches, chips, stains, etc.);
  • the item is complete with factory packaging intact;
  • all labels and manufacturer markings are present;
  • appearance and consumer properties are preserved.
